Do you have a question about our services , need to place a order but not sure how .Trying to decide if you think embroidery or print will work better .We have tried to answer some of these questions for you
ORDERING
Do you offer an express service?
If the items are in stock with our suppliers, we would try and meet short deadlines
Can I try on the garments first?
Yes you can try on garments first. We do have a showroom where everyone is welcome .We can also send out plain garments to try for size in your workplace or home .We do charge a plain samples fee for this which is either credited against a order or refunded when the items are returned
How do I know what size to order?
Please contact the office we can either send over a supplier size charts or we can send out plain garments for you to try on.
I have a problem placing an order how do I get help

I have placed an order but changed my mind
For orders customised orders placed online, we will send out a embroidery visual for new clients to approve before we proceed if at this stage you would like to make a change we can accommodate this
Once your order has been approved and sent to production, we cannot make any changes
LOGOS & ARTWORK
Do you have a set up charge
We charge a one-off fee to set up new logos as either print or embroidery. After this logos will be kept on file.
Can I choose where my logo goes?
Yes, the customise option on the website will help you with this
What file type do you need?
Embroidered logos we can usually work from any file type such as .jpg .png .ai .pdf.
For printed logos we need the to file to be an outline vectored piece of artwork. If you can not supply your logo as vectored, we can offer this service but will charge a £20 fee to redraw it for you.
DELIVERY
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We work on 7/14 working days from placement of order and logo approval
How do you ship my order
We can deliver to any UK address , all orders over £75.00 are FREE .Smaller orders will incur a Royal Mail fee of £7.50
We use Parcel Force or Royal Mail tracked, larger orders are insured.
Can I collect ?
With pre arrangement we can offer collect from our warehouse
Can I change my delivery address ?
As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched we can change delivery address’s
RETURNS
What is your returns policy for customised clothing
We do not exchange or refund items which have been embroidered or printed.
Can I cancel my order
Once an order has been sent to production the order cannot be cancelled or changed
My order is faulty how do I receive a replacement/refund.

Once a order has been approved ,artwork signed off we will not refund or exchange any garments where the order placed and fulfilled is correct ie if you order a large jacket and we supply a large jacket we will not refund or exchange if it doesn’t fit.
